Evelyne herself meets with each prospective client to discuss their needs. She has a keen understanding of what makes an event a success and is happy to give her advice and creative input.

From the first planning meeting to the conclusion of the event, Evelyne oversees every step to ensure that no detail is left unaccounted for.

On the day of the event, Evelyne and her senior managers check every item that leaves the kitchen to confirm the food is perfectly plated. Evelyne also approves each buffet display to guarantee that it meets her high quality standards.

Evelyne and her team are passionate about food and are always on the lookout for new ideas and innovative techniques. Over the years, the company has nurtured its vast culinary repertoire, ranging from exotic 18th Century Middle Eastern recipes to the latest in fusion and flavour.

The company is governed and licensed by the Sephardi Kashrut Authority and strictly adheres to its principles.
