Since the beautiful weather has gifted itself upon us, our Chefs have been busy introducing new delightful light Summer dishes!

Check out this Almond and Apricot Tart with its own Coulis and Caramel Tuile served with Vanilla Ice Cream! Delicious!

Guests at a recent Golden Wedding Anniversary Event were fortunate to be the first ones to try this new addition to our Menu.
